A. Mae

I have literally no idea what to put here except that I spend far too much time writing and not being productive whatsoever and I decided sharing my thoughts with the greater writing community might bring some semblance of organization to that particular hobby.

You can call me Abigail or Mae.
I am multilingual and equally obsessed with words in all of my languages, English and Japanese being the primary examples.

I started off writing social justice oriented spoken word, but I've also recently discovered that writing poetry about one's own life is not only theraputic but addicting, so I am known to shamelessly spin my feelings into overthought free verse. Sorry in advance for that.
I also write short stories and novel drafts on occasion but have yet to finish a book so I can't really call myself a novelist.
As for my interests, as this is the "about me" section, I am a high school student who enjoys fashion design, writing, cross country running, foreign languages, reading, cooking, and music. I am a clarinetist and a singer and I enjoy theater as well.
Other random facts about me... I enjoy summer, and bubble tea, and my music taste ranges literally from punk rock to classical and everywhere in between. I actively refuse to choose a favorite color. I am obsessed with way too many nerdy television shows, and I am a cat enthusiast.
