My name is Melanie...feeling caged in life is no surprise to me ,as is the screams in my heart and in life. My scars are here to remind me of the times i could no longer fight my inner demons.And while the collection of stitched memories grows,so does my story. Poetry and music have gotten me through a lot of s**t that has happened to me. They may not be all that good but its a healthier alternative then the artwork i have done on my arms and legs. I don't have much hope for a better future,but i don't want to be remembered as a quitter,I want to be a warrior. And while i still have a lot to learn, I know I'll always have poetry there to help me.
