About Me
Laura Horn, a neurodivergent /dyslexic author. Advanced Integral Eye Movement Practitioner, as she explores the thrill and depth of life on the road in her poetry collection. Born in Devon and unaware of her neurodivergence, Laura’s curiosity led her on solo travels across Asia, Indonesia, and South America, where she navigated both the beauty and the intensity of life abroad while coping with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. In 2012 Laura's father sadly committed suicide which brought more depth to her work.
Laura is a certified Advanced Integral Eye Movement Practitioner, ADHD Clinical Services Provider, NLP Practitioner and Trauma Informed Coach. She has dedicated her life to support children and adults in there trauma recovery.
