About Me
I love to think, to dabble with ideas, to muse over things...to banter with words, and thought. I love to create. I take pleasure in writing. I used to write professional talks, manuals, and seminar literature, but now I write children's stories - picture books and earlier readers. I write poetry and journal. By profession, I am an integrative psychotherapist. I take a mind-body integrative approach to trauma, attachment issues, life-, and relational concerns. I tend to integrate what I do and what I am learning about me and life into my writing. I also like to: draw, design graphics, cook, and learn new things that stimulate my creativity. Lastly, I like snowshoeing, hiking, and kayaking…and that Sunday afternoon drive to “nowhere”.
