Shel Silverstein You're like Shel Silverstein. Shel was known for his humorous, laid back, easygoing personality. He believed that life was better when accompanied with laughter. Instead of pouring depressing, dark thoughts into his work, he did the exact opposite which ended up making him quite popular with children rather than adults. Shel was the author of the well known children's book 'The Giving Tree' which ended up starting controversy because of its "hidden meaning". But Shel chose to ignore the negative criticism and focus on his own words and work without giving a care in the world. Take This Quiz Again Take More Quizzes Make Your Own Quiz Comments
