Thanks for the great review of "6 Weeks". I really like your suggested ending and I'm seriously thinking of rewriting it. I have to disagree on your length comment though. I don't write for Writer's Cafe, I write for publication. Published short fiction is typically 3,000 to 20,000 words. I understand that it's hard to keep readers attention on this site with the longer pieces though. Fortunately, I've surrounded myself with people on here that have the same philosophy I have and they will still critique me in spite of the length.
