I love butter.

I'm not big on self promotion. But I accept it's required. Mine bio's boring- service industry, military, retail, construction, retail/construction. Nothing related to writing, with the exception of a handful of PAs/commercials for my college radio station. I do have a BA in communications- major in broadcasting, minor in creative writing. I just haven't had, in over thirty years of applying for writing jobs, submissions to contests and producers, and queries to agencies, any level of success in my chosen field.

But I'm older now. And my body is no longer able to perform to the level at which physical labor requires. So I figured I'd go into semi-retirement, focus on writing and give another, and more concentrated, effort at working in my chosen field. I guess I'm kind of looking for that "Second Act" I keep hearing about.
