John Butterfield

I write as a hobby as well as the writing i do for my work. I write both serious non-fiction and have also completed my first novel. I am writing my second novel and have finished five chapters - still a long way to go. My aim is to finish it for Christmas. I also write poems, meditations and short stories. I have published five books using POD and four of them are listed here. (Number five is based on my masters thesis - and it is too dry an academic tome to list here!)
I also love painting and had an exhibition in Edinburgh last year.
It's great to be a part of a world wide community linked by a love of words and writing. I am a church minister in Scotland.
