Japaniak

Japaniak is my nickname in real life, too. It's a combination of my real name and the word "Japan" since I've been there as an exchange student.

I'm not a poet, but I love to write prose and joined this site so I could hone my skills as a writer. Positive reviews are nice, but I really like to know how I could improve my writing. I'm generally a varied writer, and I've written in several genres. My favorite genres are fantasy, humor, science fiction, and historical fiction.

I have many original characters that I write about. I'll probably post more about them later.

Please note that I also have a deviantART and I'm more likely to be on there as opposed to here. I've been there longer and I have a lot of friends there.

Here are some brief summaries of my major characters.

Vivian Sunnis-Way- A young angel who isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. In fact, one of the only areas she knows much about is fighting, performance art, and parenthood. Nonetheless, Vivi is very hard working and good natured. Vivi has wheat blonde hair, brown eyes, a petite figure, and a round face. She has been an angel for only a few years.

Vladimir Dyakov- A Russian angel who works as a doctor. He has a very strange sense of humor and is always acting strange in public. Vlad can't really fight, instead he carries a stun gun with him for self-defense and runs once he's shot someone. He had a brown natural permanent, very light blue eyes, and an ovular face. He died and became an angel in 1905.

Raja Mahanra-Pacini- An Indian-American woman who was best friends with Vivi while she was alive. She has since gotten married and had a baby, and works at a bank. If there's trouble that Vivi's looking out for, Raj is usually involved somehow. Raj is a patient, friendly, musical woman. She has long black hair and dark eyes, is even more petite than Vivi, and has a heart-shaped face.

Those are what I call "The Big Three", but there are many more characters that I write about.
