I am tired of the usual drivel that I have here. Yes, I was writing in High School. I was apparently doing a decent job as I was sent to a workshop hosted by Brescia College. Most of my works from that time are lost, though I do have quite a few posted here. At times I look back and wish they were all lost. In any case I took a long break from writing. I got married. Became a chef. Had a son. And was diagnosed with a severe brain disorder. I have since had brain surgery, proposed to somebody that I should have married back in high school, and I've been published outside of school publications. I continue to write to excorcise my own demons and to present myself through the pain and defects that I live with on a daily basis.
I am currently published in Jaded Silence Press's "Deliver Us From Evil" anthology for my story "The Disappearance of Edwin Boyd" And
