I'm an advocate for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) research and Narcissistic Abuse awareness & recovery.

When not writing and reading, I enjoy long roads trips with my wife and photographing anything that catches my attention.

My other interests include cinema, music, art, cooking, boxing, hockey, cats and dogs.

A percentage from all book sales is donated to Multiple Sclerosis research.
