SBLAD is a chronicle of the human condition and the realities we face from life, love, death, finding purpose, religion, relationships, loss, coping, depression, addiction and much more. "The Rage We've Held" is darker in nature and primary themes are divorce, loss, hate, forgiveness, moving on and finding yourself.
