Homeschool

As the name indicates, I was home schooled most of my life. I am now out in the world trying to make sense of things as best I can. I've put a couple years of college under my belt as well, and plan on going back soon, to Southern Illinois University, in my quiet home-town of Carbondale.

Artistic expression is very important to me. It has been a beautifully consuming means of escape for me through many hard times, whether I'm writing a song, an essay, a journalism piece, or a poem. I write for myself and for no one else. What I create may never pay the bills, but it will always pay off. It will always illuminate and fulfill. "Ars gratia artis."
