I'm a 36 year-old father of three. I currently work as a controls electrician and volunteer my spare time as a Martial Arts Instructor in Sacramento, CA.

I have a dark and twisted sense of humor and generally write straight from the heart. I don't think I have a style all my own nor am I striving for one. The topics I write about are based completely on real life experience. I will write about anything as long as I have been personally touched by the topic. I also keep a lot of poems on Myspace. There is a link on this page just under my name.

I served in the United States Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician and as a Construction Electrician (Sea Bee�s) during the first Gulf war. I served two tours in the Persian Gulf.

I have battled addiction and divorce and I feel I am better for it.
I love to write, make music, and work with paints, pencils, pens, and mixed media.
