I have had, as a personal confession long over due, "The Germ Trained by the Disease" pinned up on wall alongside Langston Hughes "Sonny Blues" and W.H. Auden's poem "The Unknown Citizen". I have read your piece at least six times for content. I have photocopied it and have given it to people to read. I have talked about it, and it's ideas, mostly everywhere such concepts have arisen for debate. I think that piece is absolutely brilliant, and if given proper exposure, may expose a beautiful honesty through satire not seen so far in our culture. A Johnathan Swift for American perception.
