It came into my mind like...I dunno. It just suddenly appeared in my head.

"Starlight, Starbright, First star I see tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might, Have this wish I wish tonight."

Just imagine a world ruled by tobacco...what would it be like? How would everyone act??

I just thought of this, but something...beckoned me to write it. The words just flowed onto the page, and I hope you get something out of it.
