BA in Communications and writing certificate from UMSL. Likes to volunteer and do work for non-for profit and military based businesses and groups. Mother of one son, Cade. Wife to John, and member of the silent ranks, a military wife. I am looking for critiques on my work because there is no writers groups or resources being stuck on this base. I am trying to get published, but without an editor, I can only edit my own work so far. I accept constructive criticism very well as I view it as productive progress on one's work. I guess this is a warning that I also give constructive criticism. Let is be known that all poetry is subjective and if you don�t like the review then don�t consider it.

I like spending time with my family, as right now it�s the only thing to do! But I wouldn�t change that for anything. I love listening to music as it inspires my writing. I cant write about things that have just happened and right now I am suffering from a case of stubborn writers block, probably because I have been uplifted from my home of 25 years in St. Louis and placed in UCLA (unknown corner of lower Alabama) for the next few years.
