Welcome to the cafe; so glad you came! it IS rather different from the Old Homeplace, from which I am exiled, but has its own charm... being a little cafe touched with irony and controlled chaos, off the well lighted boulevards, this cafe offers a number of views, from 1930s Parisian sidewalk scenes to 50's Beat coffeehouses, to futuristic angst-cellars, each with its own regulars, writing, reading, reciting and singing words to lift you to the heights, plunge you to the depths or suspend you somewhere in between.
Mona is here; so is Faith but under a nom-de-plume which I think means something about naming a feather. Feel free to contact anyone on my 'friends' list if you want to request a connection to them.
