Darkening Shadow

I am a eighteen year old girl. I love to write. I am just really getting into writing. I'm not that good, but I think that I have the potential to become great. If you become my friend on Writers Cafe, and want me to read your stuff and review I will eventually get to it, but in return I expect you to read and review my writing as well. Just a warning, I usually don't read chapters, but I will read most poems (depending on what it is about).
I have many different point of views on the world and on everything. I love and truly believe in magic. It is my favorite thing to write about. I think that the best part of magic is that it has NO boundaries.
The thing I love most about writing is that one can become anyone and go anywhere especially with reading too.
The reason I started writing was to create a world away from reality; to escape. When I was in 3rd grade, I read a book called the Secrets of Droon and that was the one thing that inspired me to start writing. I honestly still have every book on my shelves. When it gets too frustrating to write, I only have to open up one book and it inspires me to continue.
