My name is Ember! I'm a 16 year old aspiring author and blogger from Knoxville, Tennessee. The things in life that bring me the most joy are writing and riding horses (jumpers and intermediate dressage). I love animals, and i have a cat and a dog. I also have a passion for helping the homeless, helping special needs children, and bringing awareness to corruption, genocides, and events happening all over the world.
Currently i'm questioning who i really am regarding some personal things, which will, no doubt, influence my writing. I tend to put a lot of myself into the protagonists of my stories. I usually write in a range of realistic fiction, historical fiction, and maybe a hint of fantasy, but nothing too over top (although now that i think about it, it seems like an extremely intriguing new play ground for my imagination.. We will see where that takes us..). So far there are still genres which i have not attempted to write in, but i will hopefully get a chance to soon. I will warn you, though.. I do get writer's block(or boredom) often..
