About Me
When I was a kid, it was always noticed how smart I was by people. I guess this kind of praise shaped me somewhat, but I am pretty sure I was an individual since the day I was born. I'm 38 now at the time of this writing, and as I've gotten older I've come to understand the difference between what common perceptions are and what finding out what the real deal is with a person. I've also seen human nature in its more unattractive states, and had to accept that in my own flaws as well.
But still, I retain a grounding in my childhood self, because it was the seventies, and I learned to be my own person at an early age. Perhaps this is why I grew to love counterculture, and the connection to my inner child keeps me fascinated with fantasy.
