John Sabado

I started writing when I was about 17/18 years old. I decided to write because I was going through a tough time and I used writing as a way to pour my emotions. I was experimenting on a lot of different writing.

My poems were just your basic rhymes. Then, I started to go off on different territories. I didn't really care if I followed the rules of writing poems. When I write poetry, I don't limit myself. Acrostic, limerick, haikus, blah,blah,blah, NO! I say who cares. Write what I want to write. No rules!!

That's why a lot of my writing pieces dont really follow the standard poet's style.

Now as a person in his mid 20's, I've expanded to stories also and songs, although I have never really completed my stories and songs.

Being a shy, quiet person I find it hard to share my works. I've only worked up the courage when I found this site. Hopefully you find my works interesting and enjoyable, that's all I ask for. Thank you.
