Hello, I'm Dale Eldon Szewczyk (Sev-Check), and I am a writer. As a writer I go by Dale Eldon. It is hard to see my name like that since my mother traumatized me as a child by saying my first and middle name in that special motherly tone that petrifies their spawn upon exposure to the words. But hear I am, attempting to push past that childhood fear, and use it to my advantage. To this day I still get goosebumps just thinking about that tone. (I also love my mother very much, and I thank her for everything she has given me).

I think you should know, that I am a married man. I am happily married to writing. Writing is my beautiful wife, and will always be so. Sorry ladies. I stay with what is always loyal, fair, and completes me. :^)

I am currently working on a set of zombie stories, each one with its own storyline. They are short stories. The first one: Smell of the Dead, is about a small group of former scientist who have left the field due to fear of their lives that go on one last adventure before going into hiding. They embark on the feat of climbing Everest. But once they get up there, one of their friends is sick with the zombie virus. Now they will have to fight not only nature to stay alive, but also the very thing they have been running from. And it is worst than they had imagined.
