A friend emigrated to New Zealand. She was nervous so I wrote these words in her card.

A colleague was made redundant, she wasn't happy so I wrote this advice in her leaving card - and yes I did call her Big Bird.

Stephen Duck was an 18th Century English poet that committed suicide. I don't know how he did it but I don't think it matters really.
