Wine grape and olive farmer in Northern California. Received B.S. undergraduate in Technical Communications from University of Minnesota, 1985. Quit the corporate world in 2003 to transition full time to farming. Growing up, I lived 3 years in the Philippines from 1963 to 1965 at the impressionable age 11 to 13. At that time WWII was still fresh in the minds of Filipinos and their memories set me on the path to writing my current historical novel Fish In The Sea about survival and war during the Japanese occupation.
