About Me

ATTENTION: I will NOT, under any circumstances review books, chapters, stories, or screenplays unless personally (Keyword personally, I don't want some automated message you send everyone) asked to do so. I try and keep up with them best I can. Review me, and you will surely get one back from me the next time I get on.

Truth is: I've never fooled anyone. But, I've let people fool themselves. They didn't bother to find out who and what I was. Instead they would invent a character for me. I wouldn't argue with them. They were obviously loving someone I wasn't.

I'm nothing but a non-traditional young woman who believes in independence, art and life in Chicago. I've lived an insane life, but now I'm paving my own road to happiness. & You can call me Casey.

"In the forest, there was a crooked tree and a straight tree. Every day, the straight tree would say to the crooked tree, "Look at me...I'm tall, and I'm straight, and I'm handsome. Look at you...you're all crooked and bent over. No one wants to look at you." And they grew up in that forest together. And then one day the loggers came, and they saw the crooked tree and the straight tree, and they said, "Just cut the straight trees and leave the rest." So the loggers turned all the straight trees into lumber and toothpicks and paper. And the crooked tree is still there, growing stronger and stranger every day."

- Tom Waits
