I am a bass player and a singer. I love MUSIC!! And poetry is of course a huge part of music, hence my love for it as well.
Music simply is my life, it is the air that I breathe, it is the only food and water that succeeds in satisfying the aching and the longing in my soul. When I'm not playing it, I'm listening to it, and when I'm listening to it, I am writing poetry that the music inspires me to write.
I write mostly from personal experiences, though some of my writing came purely out of my imagination.
I am not afraid to speak my mind or show who I am. My life does not center around trying to please others, I am my own person and am proud of everything that I am. I want to be different from everyone, so I take being called strange as a compliment.
The opinions of others does not and never will change who I aspire to be.
But that does not mean that I don't like the opinions of other writers on my work. I have found the members of writers cafe to be a wonderfully open minded group of artists, and I adore the reviews and thoughts that they all share with me when they comment on my poems!
And I love read requests, so feel free to send me as many as you like. I don't always have the time to go through everyone's profile, so its much more convenient when you send me the writings you'd like me to review.
