Brandon August

I am new to the writing community. I started studying, reading, and writing poetry about a year and a half ago. I ADORE poetry. Though I want to grow as a poet, I also want to expand my writing into short fiction. I have only written and edited one short story for a Creative Writing course I took last semester (Its definitely the work of a beginner I might add hahaha). I do hope this community will challenge me and help me to grow as a writer.
