I write what I crave to read. I write stuff that makes me giddy. It has to thrill me. I set grenades off in playgrounds, I throw people out of airplanes and follow their thoughts till they hit the ground and--

//Technically, what do you aim for in your writing?

Moving pictures. I fire clouds of bees and storms of armed torpedoes in the readers face. My constant goal is to deliver streams of, relentless, vivid, sentences that compel the reader forward as if hypnotized. I try to stop readers from breathing.
