About MeSometimes words cannot describe how I feel. Love, hate and fear all jumbled in one. But when I can put my feelings into words, I do.
I am not an accomplished writer and good pieces are few and far in between. On 22 December 2009 I wrote: “Each day is about your actions and thoughts, mostly about the good because sometimes the opposite is just too inhuman, or perhaps too human, to stomach. Your actions, good and bad, are clearly etched in your memory as well as in the memory of others, but your thoughts are mostly lost. You never learn to change the way you think by only thinking them, but writing them down gives you the chance to rethink and change.” I was sixteen years old when I wrote this and have, to date, been one of the most inspiring things I have ever written. I only turned eighteen in August, but this year has already had more ups and downs than I could ever have imagined: a love struggle, jealousy, hate, sadness and inner conflict. I am growing a soul by living, loving, hating and being myself. This is my journey in writing. |
