Writing for me started in 7th grade, as something fun. Truthfully, I just wanted to see how good I was and if I was really cut out for the slaving work of a true writer. Quickly, it became my addiction, obsession, and since has conformed itself into the very depths and crannies of my brain. I absolutely can't stop! And I don't want too. C.S. Lewis once said, "We read to know that we are not alone." That is true, and since I am a firm believer in books, I commend him for his wise words. The same goes with writing, as it has showed me a million times during rainy days in my bedroom. By writing, we create a world that in entirely our own. We exist with the characters that we love, and even the ones we don't. We have the power of words, the power of emotion. What better ability is there then that?
