In the past few years I have been on a soul search..looking for the answers to the questions that really have no answers that are known to anyone but ourselves. On this journey I have encounterd much emotion and so my writing is mainly about those feelings that have come through me. For my day job I am an up and coming personal chef... preparing and serving food are my passion...I dream in recipes the way some people dream in music or art. It is my form of personal healing that I am passing on to those who share my cuisine. I am so thankful that we have a site like this where we can express ourselves and I look forwad to posting many of my current and old writings.
