Beccy

I'm forty four, single and have a lovely fifteen year old son called Charlie. I've been writing poetry and short stories since I can remember. I have always been an assiduous reader of poetry and really enjoy sharing my work and I just love the interaction at Writer's cafe. I particularly enjoy reading the English romantics; my favourite being Coleridge, especially some of his earlier work which is quite lovely. I also like anything written by the Bronte sisters and Emily Dickinson. I used to work in the city, but cried halt when my son was born. I still work, but only on a part time consultancy basis, so I am now fortunate enough to have the time to enjoy the joy he has brought into my life.
