Barbara Jo Natale

Born with ink pumping through my veins, I am a writer by birth and a 5* server by trade. The most glorious day in my life happened when my elementary teacher taught me to read and write. Alas! I had an outlet for the images and stories vortexing in my mind. As a young girl I carried a notebook with me, often traipsing through the fields and woods to find a comfortable spot in which to sit and write.
I have had a few pieces of poetry published, nothing more than entries into a contest. We all know how those work.
I am an aspiring author awaiting my golden moment when I strip myself of these shackles entitled "Fear". I am my own worst obstacle, who needs the agencies and the publishers when I am so rough on myself?
I have a manuscript written, entitled; "Out Of the Shadows"
As soon as I get MY final edits done, I shall ship it off to sea and hope it does not become plunder for the slush pile. Perhaps I shall post the first chapter, then may you all eat it alive, spit it out, and hopefully have enough phlem left to ctitisize it accordingly.
Oh you wanted a biography...oopsie! Well I have had no formal education where it comes to writing, so I just do what I please, since I really do not know the rules. If I mistakenly place a post under the wrong heading, please do laugh. I will have to look several of the definitions of the types of poetry listed, up in a dictionary. All I can honestly tell you people is that I LOVE WORDS, and I love stringing them together. There is a constant story going on in my head. Regardless of wether I ever manage to get published, I am a writer, have always been so and will continue to be until I take the last of my gasping dying breath. I am very adept at handling constructive criticism, so have at me!
