My "real" name is Barb, but most of my online friends and close personal friends know me as "Fiona", which I guess you could say is my alias/pen name. I am spiritual not "religious". I am a 42 year old Mother of seven beautiful children and grandma(or Busia) to 2 beautiful girls. I reside in the lovely, dry and somewhat monochromatic (brown and darker brown) desert valley of Las Vegas, Nevada. I have no clue what green grass looks like, and this thing that people speak of called snow, sounds quite interesting, and I have looked in the Yellow Pages for "Snowman" thinking he is the one who brings this snow that I have heard mentioned by tourists and family members back in the Midwest and Eastern States.
I have had a very interesting life. Exciting, no, but interesting.....oh yes. My friends Drama and Chaos seemed to hang around alot the past five years with me, and I finally begged them to get a life....other than mine.
(knocking on wood here)...things have been somewhat peaceful. I've been doing more introspective research to "clear the skeletons out of my emotional closet" and finally get back to the Strong Woman I once was before men entered my life. I was going to say the men and children entered my life, however, my children are all a blessing to me.

I love Starbucks and Chocolate, Cats and Dogs, Reading(when time permits me to do so), and of course I love, love, love to WRITE! It is my passion! My dream! My passion for writing is yearning to break free. So I thank the person or computer generated program or whatever it was that sent me the friend request on myspace to add me as a friend to this site.
