I am a mother of nine; grandmother to twelve, and counting. I first fell in love with words when I learned to read�at age three. In high school I had several short stories printed in the school paper.
The creative writing courses I took in college got pushed to the side though. Child rearing took up most of my time; I never had confidence in my craft. Now that my last three are teenagers, words and I have reignited our love affair. The first few chapters of my book This Ain't No Hearts and Flowers Love Story are posted here. Sorry for the delayed response, for some reason I am missing these email notifications. It was a pleasure working with you. Your daughter is too funny. I think by the time my friends whom got it twisted figured everyone has a crazy side, including me. Their minds were already playing tricks on them where they are willing to throw caution to wind and take their chances. The last nut was mad I actually have the morals and character he fell for (in the first place) and I actually love the husband he knew from the jump I am married to. I am the person he thought I was (which he likes) but is mad I am me for being me. I know...CRAZY!
It's really crazy and ironic I have a friend that always gets put in the friend/ lil' sis category forever, and I can't stay in the friend category for any extended period without someone wanting more. It is a trip!

I am very excited about the show, as well, and look forward to your input. I came up with the topic because so many people have such strong opinions on this subject, and I have been having an ongoing debate about this very subject with someone dear to me. It will be loads of fun and very exciting. When I mentioned the idea to Pam during another show, all the men on the line adamantly said no they cannot be platonic friends. LOL I can't wait!
