Mad Rush Mad Rush

A Story by Brian

A Poem by Brian

About Me

I first started writing in 6th grade, when invited to write for the school nespaper by one of my teachers. I spent all three of my junior high years writing for that paper. Since then, I have dabbled with writing here and there, but focused more on other pursuits, such as being a musician and a maverick(rogue?) chef in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Ironically, or maybe not, I currently drive truck for a living. After 12 years of it, I am ready to head in a different direction....
Enter writing. In five years, I hope to be making enough as a writer to quit trucking altogether. The practical part of me says to focus on business and technical writing as the bread and butter, with fiction, etc., a yummy jam slathered on top.

Blood on Parchment
A Story by Maxinne Marie
There is no greater agony than bearing an unwritten story inside you, no matter how tormenting that story may be.

Thank you for the review of Waitress waits.... Hope you catch the other four parts before the 5th part as well; it might help explain the (un)easiness of the phrasing that you correctly point out. Be Well.

Thanks for the review... :) I think our Muses are related as well... :) This story came to my mind quickly one Sunday afternoon and I wrote it in 2 minutes or less... I just remember I was writing phrases that just came to my head instantly... and I didn't modify it one bit! I left it as it was... :)

For you to understand better what makes me write please read The Silver Side 1... that is a blog on my MySpace page... and tell me if that is similar to what makes you write... :)

Typh :)
