I've been writing for as long as I can remember, but only recently realized that it could be more than just something I sometimes do. Ever since I've just been playing catch- up on ALL the stuff I don't know, which seems to be neverending.
I signed up for the cafe because I know no one taking writing as seriously, and it's nice to talk to and read from other writers.
It's been really fun. And somehow, though I thought myself a novelist, I've mostly done poetry here. Something of which I never thought myself capable.
