Clarie

My name is Clarissa and I am located in Cape Town, South Africa. I love reading and writing, though my true passion is music and art.

I play guitar and I love to draw. You can usually find me practicing guitar solos or playing around on Photoshop, that's when I'm not studying or finishing assignments. I study Illustration at a University in the USA (online program) and am going on to my second year of studying in February 2010. I thoroughly enjoy my studies and when I finish, I would like to become a graphic novelist and freelance concept artist for character design.

As far as my writing goes, I've written many stories which I have never finished, but I'm planning to commit myself to a story and finally finishing at least one of them. I've read many books, most of which falling into the category of fiction. Fiction and fantasy are my favourite things to write about, though I'm considering trying out a few different genres, such as a mystery or thriller novel.
