Yes it is and like so many I have been in that minefield or I coud not relate to it. All I know is what I expeienced and it wasn't something I would wish on anyone. You do get through it by being kind to yourself I found, though it never leaves you completely you just learn coping skills and ride through the depression...let it happen and rest your mind as much as possible:-)
