About Me

You can call me Aranee.

I just randomly Googled up for a Writer's website hoping I can find something like this.
(Thank goodness I've found it!)

I have a vast appetite for books and I love writing, the only problem is, I can never ever finish a book I've started. I also enjoy doodling and sometimes, when in the mood, I kind of enjoy playing the piano. I guess I'm a computer addict, a while ago I had relapsed back into this worthless state. Must be the holiday spirit.

I am insanity personified. I hate being called crazy, there is a slight difference between crazy and insane. My insanity is why I like to write Fantasy. Though I'm still reluctant to admit, those ideas are pretty crazy.

I'm hoping to get some valuable criticism about my writing. Also, I hope to clear the writer's block in my brain sometime soon and actually finish a story. I value all types of constructive criticism and hope to dole out some as well as recieve some.

Beware, I like to abuse the English language, and to swear and curse like a sailor, make wierd phrases and creepy stuff. It's in my blood, I guess. It's a Singaporean thing, to abuse English and change it to "Singlish". Also, I'm not much of a poetry person. Reading them? Nahh. I'm more of a snuggle up with a good story person. But if the poems are magnetic and have some sort of "pull", I'll definitely read them and review them.

I hope to make friends with other writers, other people.

So drop a message if you wish!

Aranee.

As soon as i finished reading Heaven i was astounded by how morbidly deeeep it was. (: It was one of the most beautiful things i've ever read. *tear* haha.
I really enjoyed it so i was compelled to add it to my reading list so i could easily go back to reread it over and over and over again.

I would appreciate if you told me where those "slight grammar mistakes" are located. If you're referring to the use of "its" I meant it as a form of ownership rather than creating a contraction with it & is (it's). As for the second stanza, that was a misreading, as it was suppose to follow the same thought. You were on the right track with the first stanza, understanding that the norm (or the different) is dominated by the popular (or the accepted). The purpose of the second stanza was to explain to the reader that occasionally I am tempted to conform to these "butterflies". Though there is always this other part of me that pulls me away from doing this; for becoming a conformist would destroy the very foundation of what makes me unique.

Thank you for your time an consideration.

Also, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and Final Fantasy: Spirits Within were amazing movies too. Vampire Hunter D and Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust... I also liked Cowboy Bebop: Knockin' On Heavens Door. (:
