Aimi Anime

I am Aimi and I love anime. I have Tons of favorite anime series but I don't stick to just one genre, I love almost every genre. I like to watch Romance, Comedy, Shoujo(for girls), Shonen(for boys), Drama, Slice of Life, and Yoai(Boys love). The history of my love for anime startes when I was at least five with the anime movie Spirited Away. I was crazy for that movie and I soon developed a love for anime because of the shows Naruto and Pokemon and the also the movie Howl's Moving Castle. When I was in Fifth grade, I was introduced to Final Fantasy, Tekken, and Street Fighter. The video games that made me even more interested in anime. Then I somehow got in a clique in my class where I was the only girl and all they would talk about is video games and anime. They told me about Dragon Ball Z, Bleach, and Soul Eater. I was never all that into Dragon Ball Z but I did like the manga(A Japanese Comic Book). When I got Netflix I was addicted to Soul Eater, I thought it was the best show ever. Soul Eater is about a school that the Grim Reaper made for Miesters and their Scythes. Scythes are humans who turn into weapons, their goal is to collect 99 Kishin souls and 1 witch soul to become the Grim Reaper's Death Scythe. Soul Eater Evans is one of the only Scythes that can eat souls, his Miester, Maka Albarn, is the daughter of the main Death Scythe and the legend who made him a Death Scythe. Black Star is Soul Eater's best friend, an assassin, and the Miester of Tsubaki, a girl who can turn into multiple weapons. Death The Kid is the Grim Reaper's Son who has a OCD for symmetry, Liz and Patty Thompson are his Scythes. It's kind of a Comedy. I soon realized that Soul Eater can't be the only anime I like so I gave the show Angel beats a try. It's about a school for dead kids who haven't really lived their lives to their true potential and when they do they move on. Otinashi doesn't remember a single thing about his past life or how he died. Yuri is the leader of the Not Dead Yet Battlefront. Angel is the girl that Yuri accuses isn't a human and the Battlefront must try to kill her if they want to live in peace. It's really funny but it's also sad when you learn how they died. Finally when I finished Angel Beats, I fell in love with the show Black Butler(Kuroshitsuji). Black Butler is about a 12 year old boy named Ciel Phantomhive who made a deal with a demon after his parents die in a fire. Sebastian is the demon butler who will eat Ciel's soul after he finds who killed his parents. Grell is a crossdressing grim reaper who killed Ciel's aunt but is also in love with Sebastian. It's a suspense comedy and is also kind of a Yoai. Black Butler 2 is the even better sequel to the first. Alois Trancy is a naughty 13 year old boy who also has demon butler and plans on making Ciel his. Claude is Alois' demon butler that plans on taking both Alois and Ciel's soul but Sebastian won't let him have it. Black Butler 2 is absolutly a Yoai( You can tell because of the relationship Alois has with Claude. It's very tragic.). But I still love it so. Ouran High School Host Club is one of the most romantic Shoujo animes I ever saw. I still cry whenever I watch it. Haruhi is a girl that is mistaken for a boy and is forced to join the host club because of a debt she owes them. Tamaki is the Princely one of the host club and he also falls for Haruhi when they discovered she was a girl. Hikaru and Kaoru Hirachiin are the mischevious forbidden brotherly love twins who both like haruhi, especially Hikaru. Kyoya Otori is the cool and smart one in the host club. Mori Senpai is the strong and silent one who is protective over his cousin, Hani Senpai. Hani Senpai is the boy lolita one of the host club who likes bunnies and cake. These are just some of my most favorite shows and in case you're wondering, I talk alot. I would tell you more but I don't want to annoy you.
