Angels Whispers

I love to write, writing is my pastime... and my passion.
I like to put words on a page that can stir your soul, kiss and touch your heart, inspire and encourage you, and cause your heart to leap, to feel within and understand another, grab and hold your attention, make your heart skip a beat, make you go "hum", make you want to read something again and again, and to cause you to search your heart and soul.
My writings range from ....Life, Love, Broken love,
Sadness, Loss, and Dark thoughts to Sensuous desire, and romance.

When I write I like to get wrapped up in the touch, the action, the total scene and I wish to take my readers with me...

To me the art of the poet is a most personal thing; no two think or write exactly the same.
Some sit down to write with no definite plan, and some slave over one piece far late into the night, which is me lol lol

I try to write a complete poem comprised of emotions,images,faith and beliefs, and what happens or could have happened. I nurture them all in my world of poetry.

While giving life to my poem, I keep on editing and
modifying till I feel satisfied that it is finally something worth reading and generates an ease to perceive.

I organize and reorganize the words in different rhymes and rhythms so that it becomes reader friendly. My poetry is my medium to communicate with my readers. I believe 'poetry' is a lot of things to a lot of people'.

When I pen my words I find that the use of vivid imagery gives my writings a special depth, because to me images speak to our senses.I try to re-create the experience for the readers, so they will be able to put themselves into the
experience that I have penned rather than just "hearing" about it.

A good poet I claim not to be. I’m just a heart who loves to share her love, thoughts and dreams.
I believe writing to be the balm for the heart, it is the music for my spirit and the food for my soul..
I live and breathe words, and my writes are mostly what my soul feels at that time, and those words come from deep within my heart
No matter how bad your day or life treats you, the written word of the heart and mind is always there to help you through and give you strength to live through a all too often tough world.

I feel that if through my words I can touch one person, and make their life even one bit better and happier, then that brings happiness to my heart and soul.

To me poetry has magic, especially when it comes from the heart. It can touch us, move us, delight us, enlighten us,make us laugh, make us cry, and both soften and enrich our deepest memories.
It is the tie that binds one stranger to another, often in friendship, sometimes in love, but always in understanding.

So here I am, Angel-anne, a writer of words that journeys forward always, and my words always bring me comfort when the days are far too long within the darkness, and when days are filled with sadness, so on those days I write to release that pain, and when days are full of rainbows I
love to share that happiness through my words with you.

A number of the pieces you will read have been published previously in anthology books overseas and on other poetry sites on the web.
