About Me
I was diagnosed with Bipolar II, Anxiety & PTSD 2 years ago. In 2013 I lost my therapy animal. In the Spring of 2014 my spouse of 6 years informed me that she had been having an affair & that we were over. She was the only family I had. She was diagnosed with Bipolar I, with manic features. Every spring the manic sets in and she engages in risky, out of the norm, and damaging behavior. I grew up in hoarding conditions and therefore I am not as close to my parents as I would like to be. In the fall of 2014, after the manic had subsided, we decided to try to work it out. That October I lost my cousin to leukemia. After all of that loss, I decided to start my "book". It is entitled Bats In The Belfry. I named it this to describe the transition in myself. The total disconnect that I still struggle with today. I want to know that I am heard. I want to tell someone my story, because I can't tell anyone else.
