F-a-g-g-o-t-s

F-a-g-g-o-t-s

Verse 1

I am a f-a-g-g-o-t as a f-a-g-g-o-t I've been told

Salacious details of lovers have yet to be sold

Lipstick and high heeled shows are my alter ego

If you don't like what you see, you can turn away

Verse 2

I am a f-a-g-g-o-t only when it suits me well

I conceal my true nature handily as far as I can tell

Tailored made suits and ties are my alter ego

If you don't know what I am

You can't easily turn away

Verse 3

I am a f-a-g-g-o-t and declaring so is bold

Things that I want won't be placed on hold

I live and I try to learn just like all of you

And I refuse to accept anything less than I deserve

Bridge

Butch or fem, passive or dominant

I can be whomever you want me to be

I'm viewed as the odour-causing trash

Most people would like to throw out

I'm not an activist and I don't aspire to be one

I'm a man who has always enjoyed the company of men

Chorus 1

I am a dance-floor hound

I am a whiteliner

As I travel the world, I lose myself in it

Chorus 2

I've seen brutality

I've seen the look of disgust

As I travel the world, I become increasingly fearful

I've heard tales of ridicule

I've heard longing for acceptance

As I travel the world, I'm partially grateful

Chorus 3

I have been shamed

I have relented

As I travel the world, I discover who I am

I have been broken

I have been aimless

As I become older, I liberate myself

enjoying the company of men can be difficult for a member of a sex but it must be a good quality. It shakes you up when you read it like with the roughness of it, ruffly. I like how the lines change from "As I travel the world, I become increasingly fearful" to "As I travel the world I discover, who I am" these two things seem opposed in some way albeit make sense in the way we do come face to face with certain realities that we did not imagine or could not expect to materialize in such a fashion,
