Crying LightningA Poem by Tai RyensOpposites attract . . .Forbidden was our distanced love long have I exhausted of tears to shed for you were as below as I was above as opposite here as we were before death
Electricity sparkles in the love-lorned air emitting from my throat were sorrow induced sounds soon enough lightning coupled amidst my despair whilst I desperately lunged out to the ground
Betrayed was I when you flinched from my touch reflecting lightning to shred my heart asunder never before has my heart been wrenched so much and so I wept and I wept, producing more thunder © 2012 Tai RyensAuthor's Note
