King Beleth (Bilet, Bileth, Byleth). The Thirteenth Demon from the 'Ars Goetia'.

                          "Beleth" (Demon #13)

I am 'Beleth' a powerful king, I have important work to do/
I'm bent on saving earth, from the destructions humans do
Being too thick in their numbers, so like locusts they consume/
Everything in their path, not just to clothe or to create food
I appear on a pale white horse, as instruments play before me/
I am a difficult demon to summon, yet will yield if you follow me
Dressed in armour, ready for battle, ruling 85 legions of spirits/
Sitting patiently on my horse, as I wait to trigger the apocalypse.

This reminds me of the four horseman. Seems almost like Death who rides a pale (greenish yellow, ect) horse.
