Africa hunger facts you need to know. An estimated 1.4 million children could die this year from famine-like conditions in South Sudan, Somalia, Nigeria, and Yemen, according to the U.N. children’s agency. 4 million people in Kenya need food aid, and about 700,000 Kenyan children younger than 5 are facing starvation.

Open your eyes, Closed eyes cannot see

The question of who Is right? and who is wrong?
Who pay for the sins of the war machine?
15 active wars going on.

It is 2018 and we have fell backward. Our President in the USA want to send soldiers to the Mexican borders. Soldiers are not guards. They are trained to kill. Yemen and Syria? Are the bombs helping the country? If you believe we are helping the world sending bombs and soldiers as gifts. Put the blinders on.

Our world led by con-artist leaders. Want you to believe all things are okay. USA, 21 trillion in debt, 25% of taxes for war and the children are losing money for health care and education.

Open your eyes my friend. Do nothing to change your world. You are part of the problem. Want real life. Look-up starvation in Africa and the photos of Yemen. War will find you, war will come to your door step one day. Do you want to send your child to fight 5,000 miles away and die for people who can fix their own problems. I do not. Once was a President Clinton who send water, food and medicine to struggling places.  He gave the USA, a new face. What is the USA face today?

I pray daily for peace. I know. I'm one and there are many more like me. I bury the children, old people, women and men who died from starvation in Africa. I put enemy soldiers into body-bags. I learn the soldiers in the body-bags. Just men, like me. Willing to die for the profit of war. I learn in those days. No-one wins in war. The poor people of these country pay the price for the hate of men far away.

We can open our eyes. Pray, demonstrate or vote for leaders with common sense. Or close our eyes, accept the world as-is. Be the people, just waiting for the nuclear bombs, chemical warfare or bio-warfare. You can stand for something or die for nothing. What is the value of one child?

We all want a better world and we all pray for guidance for the leaders and the corrupt- but what we can do is limited- I don’t think anyone with a heart of love and concern would want any of the things that are happening out there to happen- if the people that are in control do not open their eyes and ears and change their hearts then there is little that us mere citizens can do to influence- we can only treat eachother with respect live eachother teach our children the right way but change the politicians minds and actions we cannot do easily do- we can pray and believe sign petitions join marches but alas if it falls on deaf ears there is little we can do-people need to start from a point of love in their hearts and unity and let it spread it starts from your own home and Family- I pray the people in control change their ways- what is out of our control to influence is not our fault - we can only try do what we can do - segregation and separation brings more harm than good🌹

My worry now is John, that war as we have always known it will be extinct. Our young men will not be fighting in other lands for peace , it will be a chemical or germ warfare... so very frightening as one day we will just obliterate our beautiful earth altogether . :(

Always a pleasure to pop in on you Coyote.
this is an inspiring piece my friend and i am really happy with your concern, war will never be an answer to what is happening with the world, i just felt sorry for the third world countries such as my country to be involved in the first world problems especially when it concerns greed and total manipulation by leaders concerned, hopefully this piece of writing will be an eye opener for people to take part and act on this matter.

I am concerned too, but there is very little concerned people can do in these days. When the power of vote wasted .... have to wait an eternity to bring change. It is always too late and too little for people struggling for basicneeds right now. The current situation of the world makes many of us weep in pain. Your true and powerful writing brought tears to my helpless heart. Thank you for expressing what we are all wailing about.

I agree with you , however small it may be we must do what we can.
