Originally from the Washington, DC, metro area, Kelly N. Patterson has spent over a decade living and working in developing countries in East and Southern Africa, NE Asia, Central America, the Caribbean, and under-resourced regions of North America. Playing a diverse range of roles in communications to organizational development and management, Kelly has exclusively served non-profit organizations, international development agencies, academic institutions, and the media. Former Reuters Health and Sciences Reporter, Sub-Saharan Africa Division--but don't hold that against me!
